This page describes how this website (www.continuo.health) handles your data. It covers the website only, not any clinical service.

Analytics cookies

With your consent, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how this site is used — pages visited, approximate location, and device type. We only set analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. If you decline, nothing is set and nothing is sent.

Patient video pages

Pages where patients watch a video their clinician has sent them carry no analytics and no cookies. We do not track or measure what you do on them, and nothing about your visit is shared with an analytics provider.

What is recorded is the requests themselves — the page you asked for, the video you asked for, your IP address and the time — in server logs. Those logs are kept both by the companies listed below and by us, for a short period, and are used only to keep the service working and to investigate faults. Because the web address of a video page includes the name of the condition, those log entries do associate an IP address with a condition.

The videos are general information about a condition. They are the same for every patient, so a video is not a record about you.

Companies that process data for us

We use a small number of suppliers to run this website. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website and handles security. Sees each request, including your IP address.
• Supabase — stores the videos, in London. Sees requests for a video, including your IP address.
• Amazon Web Services — the previous video host, still in place while we complete the move. Sees the same kind of request data.
• PostHog — analytics, EU-hosted, and only if you accept cookies. Never used on patient video pages.
• Google Workspace — our email, if you write to us.

If you email us at contact@continuo.health, we use your details only to reply to you. Please don't include personal medical information in your email.
